TweetI will be starting a cutting phase soon and want to eat alot of green veggies. Are the frozen and canned veggies that inferior to buying them raw and cooking them. Some canned veggies now come with no sodium added. So aside from sodium which shouldn't inhibit fat loss is there a big difference?
Tweetmakes sense, thanks girlOriginally posted by GirlPatriot
Canned veggies go through a heating and preservative process that removes a WHOLE BUNCH of vitamins and taste from them Better to go with frozen. They are as close to fresh as you can possible get, you'll get your essentials and they taste so much better. Good luck with your cut.
