Meal 1: Protein shake with: 2 scoops Protein powder (46 gms)
1 tblspn peanut butter
ice cubes and water
Meal 2: 6 egg whites/ 1 yolk
4 slices turkey bacon
1 slice whole wheat toast
16 oz skim or 1% milk
Meal 3: 2 chicken breasts
rice or sweet potato
1 banana
Meal 4: (post workout) Protein shake (same as meal 1)
juice,gatorade, or soda
Meal 5: Beef, chicken, or fish
rice or potatos
16 oz Skim or 1% milk
vegetable (somtimes )
Meal 6: Protein shake (same as meal 1)
Also taking 1.5 gallons water a day, multivitamin, milk thistle, saw palmetto, creatine post workout.

TweetI'd order some maltodextrine and dextrose carb powders for your post workout shake. And soda??? It's sugar I guess but I would not use it.
