TweetI was checkin out some prices the other day and stumbled across somthing new to me. Over at powernutrition.net they're selling 4-hydroxy-testosterone powder! Is this legal? I thought you could only sell 1-test under the supplements act. Does anybody know if this stuff is any good? If it is I'd like to stack a little with some 1-test and maybe fight off that nasty tired feeling I get. Or maybe just cycle it by itself.:smiliecol

Tweetdamn.. I sure am impatient... anyone know?
Tweet4-Hydroxy test is a prohormone bro. It has mild anabolic properties, and some good anti-estrogenic ones. As far as making it into an injectable, it is a *****, I cannot get more than 25mg/mL. Over at legalgear we carry it in two of our transdermals. It is a nice little compound, but not an earth shaker.

Tweetgotcha... It was new to me
thanks fer the info
TweetAnytime. We are looking at making a cyp of it possibly in the future, but we have other projects on our plate at this time, so it is on the back burner

Tweetalright I gotta another question for ya then. the cypionate... does it actually keep the juice in your blood longer or is it only for slowing the release time after injection?
oh yeah...
thanks again!!!:smiliecol
TweetIt slows the release time bro, just like a test susp is cleared out of your system in 8 hours or so, and a test cyp is there for 8-12 days. It does not make the compound stronger, just slows the release time.

Tweetgotcha
I was just wondering cause I saw some people selling 1-test cyp as a transdermal and it didn't seem to make any sense...
Tweetas a cyp it makes NO sense at all. Adding an ester will increase the size of the molecule and make it even harder to pass thru the skin. The only esters that will pass are an acetate, and possibly a propinate, after that, you are simply wasting your time, because so little will absorb.

TweetIt is not a prohormone. Prohormones are compounds that require enzymatic action to convert them into the active hormones (thus the term PRO-hormone). 4-OH test does not need any enzymes and it does not convert to anything else; it is in it's active form already. It is an anabolic steroid. I do not know how it compares to other anabolic steroids however. Why are people always using legal status to determine whether something is a prohormone or a "real" steroid? If deca were legalized tomorrow, would it become just another pro-hormone to you people, LOL?Originally posted by wardog

Yes and no. Yes it slows release time but there is evidense that it also increases it's effectiveness because of the slow steady nature of the release. In a study from the early '60's, testosterone base was measured as only 35% as androgenic and 26% as anabolic as testosterone propionate when both were injected into rats. Test base just clears the system too quickly to be fully utilized.Originally posted by wardog

Based on the study above, it makes a lot of sense to make the cyp ester, at least for injection. You may find that you increase it's potency by several times.Originally posted by wardog

Tweetthats what I thought. It just caught me off guard
TweetWe were talking a TRANSDERMAL bro. I agree completely a cyp inject makes a lot of sense. However adding an ester to something used in a transdermal will lower its effectiveness plain and simple.Originally posted by spidey

As far as my nomanclature, I use "prohormone" to describe any LEGAL anrogen, and steroid to describe any illegal. I realize 1-test, and a few others are technically "steroids" however, I find that typically confuses someone who is not very experienced in these matters, so I try to keep it simple, even if it is not 100% correct in its termanology by definition.

TweetSo, make the cypionate and sell it as a bulk powder (with all the neccessary disclaimers ) so that people can buy it and convert it for injection themselves.

TweetLOL..when you are a startup company bro, you have limited resources, and have to choose your products to invest in wisely. We will get to that cyp, eventually.
