TweetI saw a guy on Ripleys last night who claimed to be the worlds strongest man. The guy was only 169lbs and not big at all! He was pretty damn strong too...

I actually know a pro strongman. Here's a sample:
test 1500/wk
tren 2 cc's/day
drol 150/day
dbol 50/day
hgh 6 ius/day
That's offseason. Before a competition he cranks up the doses.
