      Im trying to get down to 10 percent body fat. Right now Im at 19.5 percent. Im just starting using clen. Should a low calorie high protien diet help me shred the fat off quickly. How long do you think it will take. Im trying to lose as much fat as possible but not lose alot of muscle. I am now doing alot of cardio and workout every day.

      two weeks on two weeks off. About 5- 20 mcg tabs a day. Using a ECA stack on off days. Is it ok to combine the ECA and the Clen. I havent but Ive heard some say they do and some dont.

      bro .....for me the bes thing besids a great diet..is ........walking 45 min at a lil incline keeping my heart rate at 150-155 bpm.......

      do this every day ....and in about a month you will see dramatic differences in your bf%

      now of this will work with out .......eating clean.........this doesnt mean starvig your self.....maybe cut a few cals but if you drop the calls yoru body will react badly once you ater to take in more cals.

      ps clen will help .......do it 2 weeks on and eca for 2 weeks

      80 mcgs a day clen worked for me

      Another thing Im not what you call a bodybuilder but I do lift weights. Im 5'7' 182 right now.

      Thanks for the advice. Do you think adding something like M1T will help enchance my progress. It couldnt hurt I guess since its helping to build muscle and it must use fat to build.

      do atleast 40mcg, increase until you cant handle the shakes. ive done 75mcg and could handle it. 2 wks on 2 wks off, and yes eca in between. then do it again and take 2 months off

      naw im taking 100 mcgs a day 5 tabs at 20 mcgs a piece.

      i had a pump, 25mcg each pump. tasted like shit but worked

      Is Clen at researchkits.com really Clen. Just curious I know alot of people recommend that site. But I also hear you cant buy clen that alot of people will say its clen but its ephedrine.

      RK is good to go. They're good people and wouldn't risk ruining their reputation and losing their entire clientele by doing something like that.

      I start at about 40mcg and ramp up 25mcg about every 3-4 days I start feeling really feeling effects at about 100mcg then I ramp down. I always do cardio thoughout, as it is the best to burn off the unwanted fat.
