TweetI am starting the 6th week of my first cycle of D bol ,decca, and test. I am sooo tired and run down I can barely get out of bed let alone go to the gym. I am also sooo sick of protein shakes and chicken breast. Is this all normal? I heard about orals makin people tired. When i wake up it is like I never even slept I am soo tired and my eyes are puffy liek I never slept. Anyone have any help or suggestions?

TweetIs your diet in check and are you getting at least 8 hrs of sleep? I have been off dbol for almost 2 wks and I have been pretty groggy lately too, so I'd say maybe the test is doing it. But I've never had it as bad as you are talking like. And if you're sick of the chicken and shakes then I'd change it up. I eat a lot of red meat.......today I just cooked up a pound of ground sirloin and split it into 2 servings, throw in a potato or some rice and veggies and it's pretty darn good. And I love my protein (Optimum ON Whey). Try putting a banana or some peanut butter in it to add some better flavor.

TweetAt times I do get very tired but I just try and motivate myself to do something. Maybe you should try some caffeine or ephedrine. Or you might be getting too much sleep.........that can make you more tired.
Tweettry the melatonin every other night 20 min before you goto sleep. i have the same problem, seem to never get enough sleep. if youre in school or work days try having a coffee and an ephedrine half hr before you get off or a coke even. that way you wont go home to bed
TweetOk so its normal. Wasnt sure if somethign was wrong with me or what. Itchy...you said you can never get enough sleep also.... that only when you are on a cycle or all the time?
Tweeti get it every time. doesn't matter if i use orals or poke myself... i'm tired all the time, lethargic... lazy... don't wanna get oout of my bed... i guess some people handle it better than others... the only thing that helps me is lots of caffeeine and ginseng.
