TweetMost nutrition professors are anti-protein. I found that out in college and grad school. This is a bit off IMO. I would consumer 20-25 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs with my post workout shake. Then 30-45 minutes later have a rather large meal consisting of a good amount of essential fats, high to moderate protein and moderate carbs. This is what I do personally and have had great success.
