      Hi. My name is SE, and I am a Christmas fat ass. I eat everything at each party and when I get home I stuff my face with treats my mommy makes me.

      Plus I have been getting lazy with my gym visits. I have skipped workouts and half-assed when I have gone.

      the panic will start in mid january.and some will get with it i stay year round fairly with it.12% bf offseason weight 255 lbs.you gotta learn your body to know what works for you!
