TweetHey NPursuit I've done a little looking on protein customizers site and it seems that after your add a flavor their not much cheaper than others, are their products that good and when you order do they give you a breakdown of food value(protein grams, carbs, and fat)?

TweetBioplex Whey-Plex, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT, I've tried them all, and this has aided my recovery better than any yet!!!!
TweetYou sure about that? PC's prices are half of the commercial blends. For example 100% Micellar casein is 10.35 with flavoring per lb. A 2lb. jug of VPX Micellean which is a night time blend is going to set your back $30+ and it is made up of casein, milk isolate, and whey. You can make the same formula much cheaper.Originally posted by jetset

If you are just going for whey then I would just stick with Optimum. I never use straight whey. PC's quality and flavoring are excellent. The only protein powder I have ever tried that tastes better is Beverly Muscle Provider, which pretty much tastes lke chocolate ice cream. I believe they are now offering nutrition facts on the bags. I know they just started shipping resealable bags and scoopers.

TweetThanks for the info NP. I was just looking at Whey. Prosource Nitrotech(whey isolate) if you buy 4 bottles it comes out to 10.00 per round taste great. I really thinking about giving PC a try. Been getting a lot of good info at anabolicminds.com
TweetHey NP one more thing do you buy their mixes or do you have a mix of your own? It looks like their premixed stuff is pretty good.

TweetI like to mix my own. You can get straight protein at www.bulkfoods.com

Tweetoptimum. I go for the "more for cheaper" aspect. I go through it pretty quickly.
