Tweetlast night i was at the gym and this huge dude was straining his ass off on 225 pounds. he was at least 6'4 250 pounds and every time he pushed it up on the bench he just about screams.. remember that im only 5'10 and 190 pounds now and very lean..

he finishes and asked me if i wanted him to take off the weight.
i paused and told him no, that i was going to warm up with it.

he got smart and loud to all the other people there and made every one watch me. he even told this one guy he was with that he would match every lift i did. he did 5 reps of 225 on flat bench and was straining like he was dying.

i made a complete ass out of him last night, i benched 315 for 5 reps and his buddy had to get the bar off his chest when this shit head tried it!!

i felt so good!! i just wanted to share it with you guys!!

Tweeti knew i was gonna wax his ass.... so every time i put a 45 pound plate on the bar, i did it loud!! so everyone there could see how many plates was on the bar. just to make more people see his ass in a sling!!
