Tweetim looking to buy some whey protein, but there are so many choices. whats the difference between their protein blends? for instance, for whey protein they have:

CFM Whey Isolate
Ion Exchange Whey Isolate
Iso-Chill Whey Isolate
Whey Protein Concentrate

which one is the best? do some taste really bad? has anyone used any of these?

can someone offer some suggestions? thanks.

TweetI have bought from there. I got the CFM Whey 70% with the Casien 30% mixed together. CFM is supposed to be the best whey and doesn't cause as much bloat. I would suggest the strawberry flavor. It costs a $1 a pound though, but worth it! It is best. Unless you like the cho. or van.

TweetI get all my protein from them. You can custom make your own blend. You can also call and talk to one of the guys there who will make recommendations as to what goes good with what. You can't beat their prices either.
