GNC supplement help?

TweetI realize GNC sucks.....but i just want to put on some muscle and strength before christmas. That way i am the king of the hot tub. What are the best products they carry for this? I weigh 185, 9%bf, 22. Thanks O yea....i got 100 bucks to spend.

Realistically at 185 lbs and 9% your doing FANTASTIC, yet a hundred bucks 10 days and GNC are not going to make your goals a reality.

Best to do is train, do cardio and eat a good clean diet.
