Tweetyeh.....I started at 25mcg then ramped up by one pill every 5th day. I dont recomend going over 100mcg per day, this is when it will fuk your thyroid up. You really should consider clen instead, but........if you do use T3, do the ramping thing like i did, I had good results from doing it this way.

clen : started at 1 tab and increased till i got sides ran the bulk of run at that dosage then took 4 or 5 days to taper down.
worked well,dropped from 16 % bf to 12 %bf.
there are a few ways to run t3,some say ramp up quick staying at peak for longer,then taper down etc etc.taper slowly maybe even extending it further to avoid the rebound.
research and you will find a few effective ways to run it.
