      i'm 5'5, 147 ,25yrs, bf not sure , my last cycle i did was sust 250 and deca 200 a week for 10 weeks little gains about 8lbs. i got replys back saying i should double the dosages! i can't decide w/ sust or testoviron( schiering ) what do you guys think ? help a brotha out!!! i'm looking for less water retention!!!!
      my next cycle 500 of sust or testov.
      400 of deca organon.
      10 weeks what do you guys think??

      i would do sust250, 750 wk and deca, 600 wk. i dont know why you only gaind 8 lbs. you must not have been eating right or something , cus on my first cycle, i gaind like 20 solid lbs. minus the water. you gotta eat like at least 6 meals a day with at least 50 grams protein per meal.

      12 wks and proper PCT to keep most of what you accumilated.

      Go 12 weeks, 400mg of deca and 500mg of testoviron per week. At your weight that's all you need but you must eat eat eat eat eat.

      You can gain 20 to 30lbs from that if you eat and train right. You will retain some water on this cycle though but if you're only 147 lbs that would not concern me too much.
      I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

      I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

      Yes but not to 750 imo. He either had fake or badly underdeosed sust (which I have heard of), or his diet and/or rest sucked. Are you sure the shit wasn't fake....sust and deca should have put more than 8lbs of water weight on you. I'd do 500mg test/wk with 400mg deca or eq.

      Most don't realize how lack of caloric intake will hinder muscle gains. They think...hhhmmmmm...400ml didn't work, I must have to do 600or 800... Diet right, workout right...you will grow right.

      I think for someone as huge as you 750mg of test is a decent dose, but the guy is 100lbs lighter than you. In most cases when someone isn't groing on AAS it's because his diet and/or workout program isn't in check so he should probably bump up his food intake more than his test dosages.

      I aggree Your diet must of sucked cause i gained a nice 15pds and got no water retention at all ive been now off foe over 4 weeks and i havent lost hardly anything a total of 4 pds and strengh is still there. What does your food intake look like in one day, cause i think the diet was the problem... :2gunsfiri

      egg whites bacon hashbrowns half a bagel w/ cream cheese for breakfast 1 ton 2 hrs later a peanutbutter sand. packaged tuna then for lunch 1 or 2 chicken breast patato salad maybe a patato protein shake in the morn. afternoon, evening, then dinner maybe some steak or rice .

      I would definitely choose sus over testoviron! Time released tests (sus) and it stays in your system longer.

      Testoviron from schering is the way to go. Use it at 500mg/wk with a good diet and training.
