TweetOhh I forgot to mention my workout routine I go to the gym 7 days a week and do cardio there probably 3 days but after every time I go to the gym I run 10, 50 yard sprints I've already gone from a 5.5 - 5.2 during season then after football I have gone down to a 4.9
