3 days in, feeling fuller, dbol starting to take effect....workout today was awesome: bi's and tri's swelled up like a balloon....
Diet so far today:
8 am. 4 eggs, 3 whites, lowfat cheddar chz
1 cup oatmeal W/ 1 serving pro complex
10 am. 10oz chicken breast w/ brown rice
Preworkout.
16 oz skim milk, 1 serving pro complex
Post workout.
Creatine, glutamine, 50/50 malto and dextrose
1 serving isopure isolates
just to give you guys an idea of what my diet looks like...
