      1. Will alcoholic beverages affect my cycle? If so please explain.

      2. Can I take antibiotics during the cycle for colds? What about muscle relxers for back spasms?

      3. Should I throw away the needles after each use? I bought 100 of them, I threw the first one away that I used already.

      4. How long before I see gains, and what will I most likely notice first?

      5. Should I lift Real Heavy during cycling or more reps lighter weight?

      6. I have heard I should eat like crazy...Is this true?

      7. Should I up my cardio? Will the Sust work better with more cardio in my daily routine?

Thats it for now....I appreciate any advice or help you folks can give, thanks.

Hey Bro, some of the questions you are asking are pretty basic stuff. You should do a search on the topics you are asking about and I think you'll find all the answers you're looking for.....

      1. Alcohol won't affect your body as much as it will affedt your training and diet. I wouldn't recommend it in excess.

      2. Antibiotics and muscle relaxers shouldn't have any adverse affects on your cycle.

      3. Always use a new syringe and needle for every injection. Also, use a new pin for injecting after you draw your gear from the vial. The ruber stopper will dull the pin instantly.

      4. That depends on what you are using.

      5. I suggest you increase the intensity to match your increasing strength and stamina. This is one reason why it is necessary to establish a solid muscle base before starting the use of steroids. Your muscles will gain strength much faster than the other connective tissues, and the chance for injury is much greater.

      6. Depending on your goals, if you are bilking, you will need to eat a ton, but keep it as clean as possible. You should have all this mapped out and be following it routinely before starting a cycle.

      7. Again, depends on your goals. I do very little cardio when bulking, as I have a better use for the calories I am consuming.

That should get you going, the rest is details you can find all over this board. The main thing is do not do anything until you are 100% sure you know exactly what you are doing. Be safe.

1._ Yes. Mainly because you will feel like shit, and workout will suffer. Big no no if using orals as it will kill your liver
2._Antibiotics do nothing for virus such as colds. Do not take for flu or cold as will do no good. If you have spasms relaxants shouldnt hurt anything
3._Yes. Also, replace the needle after drawing from vial and shoot with a new sharp needle.
4._ with sust, i would expect to see noticable gains 3-4 weeks.(not really enough prop to see early results) Strength increase is what i notice first
5._ I concentrate on compound excercises, in the 6-8 rep range. Dont do many isolations, just heavy rows, presses, ect.
6._ eat like a horse. Lots of carbs, and at least 2 grams of protien per body pound. Dont forget your 2 gallons of water a day, and multi vitamin.
7._ I dont do cardio when trying to bulk. I need all the calories I can get.
Just use your head. If you think something may be bad for you when on, it probaply is. Train hard, eat big, and grow!

Damn dude, I didn't swap pins, I used the same one I drew the Sust into, it was still very sharp and went in very easy. I injected into my thigh, and my thigh is still fuckin sore 2 days later. Hope thats normal. Its not swollen or anything, just feels like someone punched me there.

I've always used the same needle as I drew with. I draw from 2 bottles, and the it goes into me....that's 3 times the needle is being stuck threw something. It works fine for me, but yes, every time the needle is pushed threw something, it gets dull quick.
I do it this way because I'm too lazy to get a hold of twice the amount of needles I need to get it into me :p

As far as being sore and bruised feeling.....well, sticking a needle into your body is a level of trauma to the tissue....it's to be exspected and is normal Some injections will hurt more than others. I always use the glutes though, i wouldn't want that bruise right in the middle of my thigh and have to walk on it all day.

How long does it usually take for the soreness to go away after each injection, and how long before you can inject the same site again?

My worst bruises lasted about 3-4days. The average pain bruises were like 2 days. I'm not getting bruised at all from my QV I barely feel it the next day.
For cycles of 2 shots per week, simply alternate from left to right side of your body. This way you dont feel bruised all week long as if you stayed on the same side every time.

Octane - This in response to your workout question. All workout should have a purpose, you workouts should follow a form of periodization. I am pasting a link that will explain the two common forms -- linear and conjugated periodization.
