They have been airing it on CNN and Fox News. It isn't the whole footage. It only shows the 2 cops hitting the guy with the nightsticks. But according to the story, the whole scene shows the guy grabbing a cop around the neck and taking a swing at one of them too.

TweetThe way they were yelling "put your hands behind your head" and at the same time beating the shit out of him doesn't make sense. It goes against our natural instints to put our hands behind our heads while someone is wacking you with a night stick. The guy did deserve a couple of wacks in the beginning to get him to the ground but after that it seemed excessive to me. The two of them could've handled the situation a little better. JMHO.
