TweetI haven't used it. It's a very, very powerful drug. From reading various hairloss message boards, there doesn't seem to be a ton of positive feedback on it. Seems a lot of people are/have been complaining of massive sheddings, especially along the hairline. I'd stick/start with ******** (finasteride) and see how that works out. It's been used by millions of men worldwide, and for the majority it atleast maintains hair count. If you want re-growth, add some minoxidil and spiro.

are you saying that avodart has caused shedding? can you link us to some boards?

Also, it's interesting to note that Glaxo-Smithkline, Merck or whichever company (I'm having brainlock here) manufactures avodart cancelled their last intended trials (possibly due to all the negative reports---dunno for sure).

Tweetthe only hairloss experience i can find so far on those boards are people who are switching from finastride to dutastride. but its common for hairloss to occur when stopping finastride.
