  • One arm D-bell snatches

Anyone use these in their leg or back routine? Some people have told me to bring the d-bell up high over my head but I feel like I should stop at shoulder level (like front d-bell raises). BTW, at high reps, they fry my quads! Thoughts?

i like one-arm dumbell snatches I never do more than 8 to 10 per set. but I incorporate them in roadwork for my clients who are in the fat cutting mode. for example I'll have them jog 2 miles but after every lap they will stop and perform an excercise mostly an olympic lift with dumbells or some type of ab work. very effective

Thanks for your input bro. Lately I've been pressed for time so I've been trying to incorporate more lifts like these into my routine. I didn't think about running and doing the lifts in between. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

You guys are nuts. I do my cardio in the morning when I get up. I do my weight training after work at night. Why mix them?
