TweetI used to go to the gym just 3x's a weeks. I lift heavy as I could, good form, 6 to 8 reps. I was not getting the results I wanted.
Shiko put together a new routine for me. I"ll be hitting the gym 5 x's a week now, still lifting heavey, but doing 4 sets, 12 to 15 reps - kicking my tail already and it's only been one week since I started the new plan.
Pay no mind to the stretch marks from babies - battle wounds

Anyway:
5'6"
115 lbs (I assume this weight will be going up)
I'm unsure of my bodyfat - never had it done, but have been told around 18% *shruggs shoulder*
My 9 year old took these pics and I don't know how to pose.

Chelle -- those are not battle scars my dear -- they are badges of honor. Wear those with pride as you smile at your 9 year old. I have a nice c-section scar and let me tell you -- I am proud of it and what it produced -- mine is 10 going on 40.
You are nice and lean and have a good base to work from and obviously very good genetics! And at 5'6 and the weight you are at -- yes indeed to look like a figure chick you will need to watch the scale climb but do not let it play a headtrip on you. Muscle is smaller than fat but weights twice as much.
Keep up all the good work -- both you and GP are making incredible strides. And yes GP is a very wonderful motivator. She has an incredible can-do attitude.
