TweetThey are cheap, and don't even look too stupid. I've seen some on the web that are made of real silver. You could call it diabetic bling bling! If none of your friends/family know your on slin, I'd wear one for sure.

TweetYa, I guess you'd have to hide the jewelry from your friends and family if your already hiding your slin use. You should let at least one person you hang around know that your using slin, they might end up saving you with some sweets someday.
