I use the powerade powder mix you get at the grocery store. It's mostly dextrose. I through in some chromium p, creatine, glutamine, and 50 gm isopure. Taste is even good. You can use the Gaterade powder mix too. Or what about Ribose? It's a sugar...

anyone have any ideas for carb drinks that arent simple sugars? the only one i know is throwing grits into a protein shake
