TweetNo, deal with the fat, keep cals 500 above what you were taking in on cycle. Cut cals later on when you're recovered completely.
TweetStarted PCT on Monday - picked up close to 2% fat (according to the electronic thing)
The strength is still there.
Ouestion. Is it worth cutting some carbs since I've noticed that I'm gaining fat?
Jay
PS I'm waiting for clen - should be here any day now. - hopefully that will help a bit

TweetI would'nt rely too much on the electric thingie.
I am now a firm believer in estrogen rebound though. Still running a anti-e?
TweetWhen you say "recovered completely" - does that mean - like a month or more from now when the tests are back to normal.Originally posted by bdtr

What do you mean by "believer in estrogen rebound"?
TweetIf you drop your anti-e with the end of your effective test dose your body can still produce a lot of estrogen while it sometimes takes a long time for UR natural test to return to "normal".
High estrogen to test ratio can really pack on the fat.
Even after PCT your natural test can easily still be low.
Tweetalso estrogen can cause water retention. and like bdtr said hold off on cutting or you will loose alot of muscle.Originally posted by DOUBLE J

.
Tweetyep hold off till your body is ready
TweetJay going through it also, with proper PCT test level will rise estrogen will go back to normal and you'll shed the fat and bloat quickly once the body is normalized. Ride it out, watch do not cut the calories.
Good luck, this is the hard part, it is all not fun and games.
