      i did 800 as well, decent gains but felt like I was having a constant heart attack. mores not always better

      500 and I hated it. Worked good but I couldn't keep old captain winkie hard for about 3 months...talk about embarrasing. Eq from now on bro.

      600 mgs for 8 weeks with ok results and I got gyno next time I'll try it at 3-400 for a longer period of time
