Ingredients:

2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp each of flaked chili peppers, tumeric, cumin
1 clove garlic grated
2 tbsp salsa
1 large whole wheat pita

Directions:
Mix all ingredients up to (not including) the salsa and prepare omlette as normal.
Cut the pita in half along the seams so that you end up with two pieaces of pita that are complete circles.
Only use one circle (half the pita). puta the omlette on top of the pita half. Role the pita and omlette. Cut in half and serve with salsa.

I love this. I have it every night for dinner.
