TweetI have been on for 3-4 years now no breaks except for a little one or two!
TweetI wanted to get a census on this subject.
We know the general rule is time on = time off. Therefore I believe most run two cycles per year.
Some run year long cycles as well.
I have run multiple cycles per year, bridged cycles, etc, etc....
I have currently been offf for about six months and I feel pretty damn good. I have to say I actually feel better than when I have run 12 weeks on, 12 weeks off, then hopped back on again.
Therefore, I am considering one cycle per year. Running six months beginning around December or January.
I also am thinking about running lower doseages through the cycle. For example: The last cycle I ran for 18 weeks. I ran test at 1 g per week. My thought is that if I run for six months at around 750mg it may be better for me over the long haul.
Furthermore, I am thinking that I will run 'simple' cycles. No more than two to three compounds at a time.
Give me some feedback on your thoughts.

Tweet2 per year here however, my next will be 26 weeks. That will be the longest for me. Shorter cycles don't quite seem to cut it like they use to.
Tweet1 per year, 56 week one.

Yep, thats right, i'm a monkey and you're not.
TweetDamn. I ain't shit with my 2-3 little 12weekers a year. I've been knowing for the past year though that I need to step it up and stretch them on out atleast twice as long.
TweetI'm going to give the 1 cycle a year, 12 months long thing a shot for a few years. I'd prefer to get where I'm going and then not worry about it a little later in life. I.e., I'd like to be done cycling before I get married and settle down. Who knows, we'll see.
Tweetseems like longer cycles are a lot more popular than i thought. I had been doing the short 12 weekers so far...maybe i'll rethink things
