I am on my 5th day and noticing a much fuller look with some crazy pumps. Is this normal or is mental...lol...The shit is working great and just wondering if anyone has used it?...Thanks

TweetDave Pulumbo sugests IM injections 15 min after workouts in the body part you just worked out. The theory is the receptors for IGF1 will be more open in the muscle area you just damaged. This was in Muscular Delelopment Dec,2001.

TweetDay 9 and i am very happy with the results that i am seeing! My pumps have gotten really strong, so strong that i have to rest 2-3 min between sets to let it go down a little. I am noticing a reduction in b/f as my straitions in my forarms have gotten really defined. Just a little stiffness in the hands but nothing major. I am loving this stuff!I will keep you all updated.

TweetToday is my 10th day. I have started noticing a little strength gain.My bench went up around 10lbs. I am also noticing my abs are becoming a little more defined. The pumps are great! I woke up in the middle of the night and my body felt so tight! I love IGF! lol
