Good day to everyone! When a person is on the sauce they should always monitor There BP but my question is when is it that you should worry and think that it might be to high ? I know that anything below 120 is great from 120 to 130 its normal high , 130 to 140 its borderline anything higher is considered High blood presure. But on the sauce its different... Ive checked last night and it was in the 140's and this morning it was in the 120's and 30's witch is cool I expect it since im on the sauce but when is that you should say OK I SHOULD MAYBE STOP THE SAUCE considering its kind of high ?

thanks to all who reply !

this is pretty important, what was your diastolic bp, and resting heart rate. you need to monitor it closely, espeically when juicing. if it persist to be high it is time to quit the juice and go to the doc...
good luck and watch that shiat

a high normal systolic would be 120-139, diastolic 80-89... those numbers are okay.
systolic/diastolic 140-159/90-99 is stage one high... go to doc or watch very closly...
anything over 160 systolic or 100 diastolic and it is required you go to doc, that is stage two high...

      a bit more info:
-systolic pressure is the amount of pressure when the heart pumps blood through arteries/viens etc...
-diastolic is when the heart is at rest between pumps...
for every time the heart pumps it also takes time to rest....
good luck, ask questions if you have more....

right now i would say you are okay, but keep an eye on it...

Thanks Latimer, I thought I new BP LOL. So in may case im alright since im in the 120 to 140 range depending time of day ? my Dias is usualy pretty low in the 60's or 70's I think Ill check tonight again.... So i guess as long as Im not always in the 150 or over during the cycle its cool... I usualy check it before going to sleep when im 100% relaxed and Ive never seen it that high at that time witch i guess is the most important time.

Hypertension is only a problem over the long term, say 10-20 years. If it is temporarily high during or after a cycle it is not that big of a deal. There is a slight chance you could have a stroke if your systolic (top number) pressure gets above 180, but it is slight.

Yup, that’s a fact. A large adult cuff is for an arm with a diameter of up to 16".

fuck my arms are over 17" that might be a prob but the cuff seems to fit ok i guess.... from what i hear from various bros is that BP rates aren't the same for everyone but from what I've researched everyone should be in the 120's or below. What do you guys think!

My bp was 198/120 dint have a stroke yet...... Went to the doc got on some atenelol just for im on......... doesnt help that my jobs tends to have my yelling at asshole for 8 hours a day and being pissed off and beating the shit out of a few of them now and then and that is no joke...... My doc told me the same thing that high bp os only a concern when it goes on for extended periods of time, were talking about a 5 to 10 year period. But still you run the chance of having a stroke with bp that high just monitor it and see the doc about some meds. I back my doses down a little and it helped.

I bought a BP moniter at Wal-mart for $50. It is one that comes with 2 cuffs. The bigger cuff will work for pretty big arms. It says 17" but with than theres a lot of wrap left.

Also your BP will almost always be lower in the morning.

One more thing.....When I get out of breath easy and my blood pressure rises I have found two or three days of quality water pills help A LOT! Ldex or other is a big help but every once in awhile I find like with Deca that a few water pills along with drinking 2 gallons of water a day really helps.
