      hi all,

      okay going into a bulker after a cruise of 8 weeks(test 600mg and winny for 4 weeks)currently been on for 23 odd weeks.

      starting weight: 210lbs 10% bf, this will be my 11 cycle.i took 3 yrs off gym will explain my weight after so many cycles:p

      week 1-4 50mg d.bol ed (pl)
      week 1-2 800mg eq frontload
      week 3-16 600mg eq (qv)
      week 1-16 1000mg test cypionate
      week 13-18 winny 50mg ed
      week 1-5 proviron 50mg ed (will extend to 16 weeks if i see any benefit)
      week 1-18 nolva 10mg ed
      slin 4 on 4 off 10iu pw
      t3t4 combo 20mcg ed throughout
      eca pre workout only
      hcg 500iu every saterday and sunday throughout,not in pct.

      pct:
      day 1 - 6 150mg ed clomid 40mg ed nolva
      day 7-12 100mg clomid 40mg nolva
      day 13-21 50mg clomid 20mg nolva
      day 21-35 20mg nolva ed
      vitamin c 3000mg ed
      vitamin e 2000iu ed
      multi vits
      creatine 10g ed
      glutimane 10g ed

      so far ending week 1,havent gained anything yet so motivation down but probably being impatient,strength starting to increase and i can feel the back pumps and cramps from the d.bol as well as the shortened temper

      eating 4500cal ed mostly clean,mostly food but a good portion shakes(40% pro,40%carbs,20%fats).training 3 on 1 off 2 on 2 off ( 1 bp a day)5-6 litres water daily.

      taking milk thistle 1200mg ed,all anti oxidants,and green tea at 4 cups a day.


      will keep you updated.

      goals are to end on 230lbs at 10-12% bf with minimal water bloat.

      Lightbulb an idea for cycle journals

      hi all,

      just a bit more info:

      d.bol- i take 4 tabs 5.00am (20mg) pre workout
      2 tabs (10mg) 9.00am
      2 tabs (10mg) 13.00
      2 tabs (10mg) 17.00

      my cypionate is 200mg/2ml vail so: 400mg (4ml) friday quad/glute
      200mg (2ml) sunday delt
      400mg (4ml) tuesday quad

      my qv eq is 200mg/1ml so: 2ml (400mg) friday delt frontload
      2ml (400mg) tuesday delt frontload

      my eq shots will be 1ml friday/sunday/tuesday from week 3 (600mg)

      thought it might be a good resource for newbies and me

      hi all,

      so far starting my 8th day on this cycle and weight hasnt budged,but confident it will soon.feeling the d.bol through increased irratabilty,better pumps and a tight back(i really enjoy that feeling,odd)

      struggling to get my calories in,seem to be okauy during the day but seem to go pear shaped at night

      been relying on shakes to much i think as my work is very demanding at the moment,swopped water for 2% milk(40g egg and casien protein,mixed with 100g raw oats,2 x tbls flax or peanut butter and a banana)

      will see by next week.

      hi all,

      14 days into my cycle and finally huuuuurrrrrayyy up 3 lbs,will no in the next few days whether just water.managed to dail in my diet the past couple of days hitting 4500-5000cal a day.taken my beginning shots of the third week today and hoping when the eq kicks in so will my appetite.

      okay 17 days in and motivation down .went up 3 lbs now down 2,seems to be fluctuating daily but no serious gains,although my diet was a bit suspect a few days i dont believe i ever went below 3700cal which is 500cal above my maintenance,most days around 4000-5000cal.as i said i am feeling my pumps are better and i feel the added irratibilty that i get from orals.

      a little motivation and support will be appreciated

      Hey bro,

      I hate when that happens. You can't get down though. You need the motivation now more than ever. Especially in the gym. Hit it hard! eat more than 4-5k calories. Eat as much as you can and you will gain!

      Your injectables should start hittin pretty soon.

      going to eat everything in sitemy one problem is i am trying to get this all in with clean calories,so just till gains start nothing is safe.
      decided to take 2 days off get everything recovered and start from there.

      day 22 and still nothing going to bump up my calories by a thousand,my appetite is non exsistant at the moment and motivation is taking a hammering.radically changing my program,came up with an idea which i posted inthe training forum.

      going on a seefood diet and try get calories well above 5000cal.still convinced my d.bol is real,just no positive results,having been sleeping well either.strength is still the same,i think due to lackluster motivation,but working on it.to my hologram off my qv eq and it left the telltale circles so i am confidant its real as well as my test cypionate.will start slin at the end of this week as the d.bol ends.have not as yet added the t3 at low dose,that too will come in when slin starts.
