      lets say you have mixed goals - which most people do : "i want to get bigger but stay lean or drop bf"

      on a winny cycle, how do most of you bros eat...do you diet, eat maintenance or just over (*my goals are to get hard, but at the same time get bigger*)

      eat a clean diet. good carbs and high protein. do cardio 3 times a week for 30min. don't expect to get too much bigger from winny alone though.

      i don't expect the same gains off my winny as i would off,say, test or sust ... i just don't want to 'waste' my juice on just hardness when it can/will offer me some size

      my cardio will consist of 3-4 session on the bike - its the only thing i can manage - the joint pain gets to me

      did you start winny yet? if not and if you have time start MSM at 4g a day two weeks prior to starting winny. it helped me a lot with joint pain

      I gained 12 pounds on a winny only cycle. Like 170 to low 180's and BF% dropped from low teens to a 7 or an 8. I ate healthy but not clean. (ie two chicken whoppers wit no mayo and no fries) Ate tons of protein.
