my cardio will consist of 3-4 session on the bike - its the only thing i can manage - the joint pain gets to me

TweetI gained 12 pounds on a winny only cycle. Like 170 to low 180's and BF% dropped from low teens to a 7 or an 8. I ate healthy but not clean. (ie two chicken whoppers wit no mayo and no fries) Ate tons of protein.
