TweetWelcome aboard Doc, as luck would have it I have the same background as you to a T.
First suggestion:
1. Get blood work done, find out what existing test level, estrogen, dhea, cholesterol levels are etc.
the reason to do this is once you come off the cycle you want to get back to previous level, sometimes when you do a cycle at any age you have trouble recovering to previous levels which can cause lot's of problems, ie, you get tired more often, strength plumets, libido goes down, hold more fat, etc.
2. Post Cycle is even more critical than on cycle, that recovery aspect is very very important, if you don't recover you can lose all the gains you worked for.
3. Simple Cycle would be some form of Test and Deca. It does not have too be much 400 mg a week of Test Cyponiate or Enanthate, and then Deca at 300 mg.
4. Have either arimidex or nolva on hand for prevention of bloat and most of all gyno
5. At your age would reccomend some type of HCG in your post cycle. Post cycle stuff again is HCG, clomid, arimidex and nolva
Best thing is to just do a search and do lots of reading because it is a big step.
