      Just lookin to get some ideas. . .

      What kind of supps and program do you use when you are trying to burn max fat off your body? What have you found to work best for you? What supps are must haves for someone trying to lose a good amount of weight in a short amount of time? I'm gonna try to lean up once more before I start my cycle in january. . . All comments welcome.

      So far this has worked the best:

      DNP - 400mg/day
      Phentermine- 30mg/day

      I did this for 3 weeks about dropped about 11lbs, i would say about 7lbs were fat and the rest was glycogen/muscle loss.

      the key to it though was a STRICT diet!!! I have fun DNP before with a shitty diet and i actually gained a little weight.

      My diet was 1300kcal, high-fiber, moderate carb, high protein, low-fat.

      I can post what i ate if you would like, i only ate about 8 different foods.


      I'm going to run it again during the winter time, but it will be an ECA instead of phentermine.....

      Well, I am about 3 eeks into my own fatloss program and I have been getting prety crazy results. I made the decision to try to consciously jsut lose fat, and not worry all that much about my muscle loss, as hopefully i'll get it back with my cycle i start in about two weeks. I have been taking the following

      Dymetadrine Xtreme (fancy name lol)
      It's got 300mg ephedrine, but i was told what was important was ephedra alkaloids which is 24mg/pill. 100mg/pill caffeiene, and 2mg yohiimbine HCL. I've been taking 6 aday, my appetite is completely gone so it helps a lot. Been sweating my ass off with it to. I went from eating a few big meals to atleast 6 small, healthy meals. I created a large calory deficit, not sure exactly how much but fairly signifigant. As stupid as it sounds I've been making a constant effort to try and keep myself moving, all the time (read this somewhere) so I find myself watching tv on a stationary bike, not necessarily sweating my ass off but still working adn other various things. Cut out the liquor, cut out eating after 6 at night. Been drnking 2 gallons of water a day, and trying to take in a decent amount of fiber.
      Ok, so this sounds pretty half-fast, i know. BUT
      I've lost about 20-22lbs in 3 weeks, am starting to look very good and my main goal is finally getting done, those damn love handles. To my surprise I have really lost very little muscle for once, although that seems to contradict my diet. I do take in a ton of protein, but I still figured I woudl lose more muscle and strenght. Overall, strength has remained the same, I have noticed my muscles gettign smaller in my arms and stuff, but they look 100X better with there new definition. . .I was going to ad t3, but it doesn't seem to be necessary.
