      i want to start a cycle of teston qv . i heard from a few people its best to slowly go off of it like the last 2 weeks cut in half each dose. if this is true would i still need clomid?

      1-12 test 500mg a week
      nolva 20mg a day throughout the cycle and pct
      clomid starts 2 weeks after your last shot
      300mg day 1
      100mg for 10 days
      50mg for ten days.

      i am 22, 5"11" 183lbs and i want to get around 200lbs
      this is my firs time with this iv been told
      400mg of teson a week for 10wks
      20mg nolva throughout
      300mg clomid 2 wks after 1 day
      100mg 10 days
      50mg 10 days

      this is a good beginner cycle im told

      but a few people also said

      400mg teson a wk for 8 weeks
      then cut in half on next admin.
      150mg teson on monday of week 9
      100mg teson on thursday of week 9
      50mg on monday of week 10
      25mg on thursday of week 10
      nolva throughout
      but no clomid

      im trying to do perfect so i have a lot more reserch to do any help is greatly apriciated

      It sounds like you know exactly whats going on. So I m going to go with your cycle thanks for your advice. Im a bit nervious but once i get rollin and see those gains it will be well worth it

      8am Myoplex shake flax oil
      10am chicken rice
      12am subway footlong
      2pm myoplex shake or bar
      4pm tuna melt
      6pm dinner everything i get my hands on
      8pm snack
      10pm myoplex shake

      i try to follow this sometimes i force it down but its been working so far i was tiny a 8 months ago and i started working out and eating right no smoking or drinking and i gained 25 lbs with only 10% bf. i will never go back to that way again because everything is so much sweeter this way i will be that 80 year old in the gym. With all the knowlage.
