TweetI have been using the bowflex for almost 2 months now
Here are the 4 pics i have taken
1st one is stock "hey, where's my chest???"
2nd is 18 days
3rd is 32 days
4th is 45 days
this is me working out 6-7 days a week
I am only using the bowflex for 25-45 minutes a day
I also use one of those yoga balls for sit-ups
