Vitamin E for puffy nipps???
TweetThere was a discussion on the other board - someone stated that vitamin E is as effective as Nolva for combatting puffy nipps.
Any take on that? (research, articles, ideas, etc.....)

TweetI found some stuff - basically Vit E suppresses prolactin - very similar to bromo but not Nolva.

But the bottom line is VItamin E could be a substitute for bromo.
TweetI was told to take 1k iu's of vitamin E by a breast cancer surgeon when I am on steroids she is one of the if not the best in FL! I do think it helps!

Tweetthe only vitamin e link into anabolics ive heard about was when i did some studies before doing prohormone cycles, few years ago. Gathered up vit-e tends to hinder gains from PH use... but never got a solid research to back that up. Puffy nips..... interesting but im not convinced it could be a solution for your nips

But the guys who use Vit E - say they take 4000iu then lower to 1000iu as the simptoms subside.
