Hey all- First day here- I hope this site shapes up real nice. I spend most of my time at gotfina.com and anabolicreview.com. I like those sites alot because of the no flame policies. I tried elite for a day or two but it didnt suit me- too much yelling screaming and people looking like they wanted to pick fights. I hope the mods here can keep this site an informative, fun place to come where new people to fitness like me can come and learn from people like you guys.
