Nope, I think Deca would've aggrevated the injury, because I've had to ease back into lifting, and the Deca may have made it hard to resist going real heavy. I've gotta stay natty for a while anyway. I've gotta take care of a little money problem before I jump into the sauce! I can't wait bruva! Tuesday I incline benched 65lb dumbells, and everything felt good and tight in the rotator cuffs, so that's promising. I've been real conscious of stretching, and spend about 10 minutes on cuff specific exercises everyday.

I call that clone football because at that level the kids are all the same heigh weight, they all look identical and run at the same speed!
