TweetI have been pretty good about my diet with the exception of these two supps. I consume 220-240g of protein daily with about 3000-3500 cal. I would like to get you guys' opinion on the best way to use these two supps (Creatine and glutamine). Such as how much, before or after workout, and whether I can mix with protein drink. I just ordered prolab products at 1000 g of each. Thanks in advance for your help. This board kicks all forms of ass

i take 5-10 grams of glutamine when i wake up and 5-10 grams right before bed.
i mix my creatine in my pwo shake on lifting days and take it with one of my meals on off days.
TweetGlutamine at wake up and bedtime 5-10 grams.
Creatine 5 grams two hours before workout to help your workout.
Each can be added to protein shake.
Do the same even on non workout days

Creatine post workout (I use a pre-mix called Vitargo CGL by Nutrex).
L-Glutamine should be taken on an empty stomach (amino acids compete for uptake). Glutamine Peptides can be taken with protein as they absrob a little better (but taste like "ass").
About 30 minutes or so after taking the creatine mix I down a fast absorbing whey isolate shake.
