i started having this weird pain in my left thigh.. then today i realized its not a muscle pain or bone pain its a pump..

when i kinda flex upper body and feel the blood flow it hurts ... its kinda weird...

back pumps are out of control on back day also.. yesterday was back day, after each excerciz i had to sit down for 10 min jus to be able to walk...

but i'm not complainin the strength and weight is movin up nicly..

any one else had thigh pumps?
