TweetHere are some pics taken a couple of days ago on my 40th birthday. Been lifting since I was 18. Current stats are 5-8, 217 lbs, probably 12% bf. Just in maintenance mode now to scare the little punks who come sniffing around my daughters. Did my first ever cycle 6 months ago, QV 250 test enth for 10 weeks once a week, currently 8 weeks in tren 75 ml eod, QV 250 test enth once a week. Plan on running light doses twice a year to keep the edge as I get older
