      does anyone know how much you protien you body consumes in one sitting I have heard so far 50grams is that true or is it less or more

      50 sounds like a safe bet not sure i use ginger root with my big shakes and meals to help with digestion i have eaten up to 75 grms at a time with no probs but everyone is diff

      for the "average" person i'd say 40 is a safe bet, for most around 200lbs 50 is within absorbtion range.
