TweetThe recieving address is most likely flagged.
TweetLets say a very small pack get seized from thailand. Now, will the recieving address be flagged and if so does that also go for domestic shipments. Or does the "flagging" only apply to international shipment and domestic should still be fine.
Thanks a lot.

Tweetyepper time for a po box
Tweetyea ull need a new address or PO box
Tweetyeah its not worth the loss of another package, dont you think.
and if you order again and have it sent to another addy. and it gets seized again, cut you losess and find a new source.
you might wanna do that anyway just to be safe.
i still say domestic is the way to go.
good luck

TweetThanks for the info. I was asking directly about domestic shipment from a different shipper though. I dont plan on using that international shipper.
So can someone verify that having your address flagged at customs will hamper domestic shipment. Because if it does then any PO box I open under my own name will also be flagged as my name will be connected. Thanks.

Tweetyeah yamaha DOMESTIC. i would say the chances of you getting busted going domestic are not near as great as going international. if the source ships product correctly
1 wrapped and in a sturdy box
2 source does not send huge amounts in one shipment but splits them up.
3 and you dont have packages comming to your place every week.
im really not sure on that one. i dont think customes looks thru domestic shipments. I THINK!
i think only the postal service would deal with your package and they dont go snooping around opening packages like customes does. not saying its never happened but customs job is to check packages. postal service is there to deliver it. they will open if they suspect something. i have never had problems with domestic,
jut double check with your domestic source on how he plans on wrapping and shipping. just to be safe?
good luck

Tweetmy whole point was that NO i dont think the postal service will have your addy flagged but customs might. customs will probably only worry about you trying to sneak another package in from abroad. so they wont say nothing to the postal service.
i will try to find out for sure i have a friend who is a postal worker

Tweetyeah, i'm actually having the exact same problem. . .if anyone knows for sure on this it woudl be great. ..
TweetI was told by a good bro at another site that domestic shipments will not be effected, which is what I thought. Hope that helps others. If anyone else has input go ahead.

Tweetbump to the top, would liek to know. ..
My thoughts are that if a package is sent UPS or Fed EX or something domestic, it would not in any way be involved in customs, or any addy's that are flagged by the US Postal service. Does this make any sense?
TweetYou guys better make sure you find out for sure. Would hate to risk it based on stuff you hear from other people online. Just open up a PO box...it's safe. They don't go by names. They go by addresses. You can have multiple names at one address...and even when you open a PO box they ask what other names you want on it. I would just do that. It's cheap and you'll be safe.Originally posted by smalls

My dad works at my post office and when my stuff got snagged using a domestic.......they flagged my address and made absolutely no mention of any names.
