Tweeti have done it but you gotta be real carefull i felt like shit the whole time i wont do it agin
TweetJust a thought has any one tried insulin in a cutting cycle? I was thinking of using (starting with) 5ui ED after training during a cutting cycle. 3wks on 3 wks off
The reason for this is while one is cutting up and droping the carbs they seem to get flat. So I was thinking that by using a fast acting insulin right after lifting plus carbs of course! Would be a good way to fill the muscles back up again. Thus the body would be able to have that pumped look while you are dieting down and also there won't be any extra carbs floating around the system which would screw up the diet.
What do you think?

TweetI just made a post on this in another insulin thread. YOu can get your body to release 5 units NATURALLY just by drinking a high dextrose shake. I suggest you do that...then you don't have to worry about insulin sides. I wouldn't even do it if I went up to 10 units....because then you have to eat two high sugar meals and it might cut into your progress.
The best thing to do would be to get Humalog...but that's by prescription only. Then you'd only really need to eat one high sugar meal.
If I were you I'd just eat a high sugar drink after workout. I do that and it works well enough.

TweetThanks guys for the info
Just to get it straight Stupid Biotech - you say mix about 80gram of dextrose with your post workout shake and by doing that it will release NATURALLY ruffly 5 units of insulin?
TweetYes. 5 units of insulin is naturally released for most healthy people from a normal meal. Normal meals don't apply to us bodybuiders since we eat six times a day and don't usually eat big meals at a time like most people. A high GI carbohydrate shake can easily produce that naturaly. 80-100g's of carbohydrates ingested after a workout (especially if it's a dextrose or maltodextrose shake) will easily produce a natural 5 units of insulin from your body. No need to supplement with insulin from a bottle.
