Has anyone ever hit their femoral nerve doing quad injections? How do you rate hitting the quads over injecting other areas?

I have almost zero fat on my quads. Am I more likely to hit a nerve? And, if so, what does it feel like to hit one?

um, nerves run though ur muscle, not fat tissue... so it doesn't matter how much fat u got, u gotta shoot IM anyways...
as for what it feels like, it hurts like a ***** for a bit, and u might loose sensation in ur limb for a short period of time...

I hit quads exclusively since I am alone when I shoot. They are very easy....you can sit down, steady the pin, you can see where you are hitting and just relax.

I've hit a nerve once and can say it wasn't very pleasant.
It's better to burn out, than to fade away...

Well, here's my dilemma. I usually inject exclusively in my delts. I am about to do a cycle of T-400. I hear that stuff hurts like hell after injecting it. I will be mixing it with deca to reduce the pain. Do you guys think I'll be alright shooting in my delts or should I switch to my quads??

u can also mix it with b12...
i've never done t400... the only thing that ever hurt me was tokkyo deca 300... usually i wouldn't be able to use the limb (whichever i poked) for a day or 2.. it felt like i had muscle inflammation... and it didn't matter what muscle i used for it...

also a tip for doing quads... try pinching it when u poke it... almost like doing sub-q shots... once ur in, push the needle all the way in and then let go... it hurts less and is easier to poke it - the needle slides in smoother (for me atleast)

and if ur too scared about hitting the nerve, it runs down the middle of the quad.. so just go like an inch or so on either side (from the middle) not too far though.....
