Hey guys. First I'd like to thank the many folks here that help so much. This fella here appreciates it to the max.

It has been over 3 months since my last cycle and just about to begin one (with much help and guidance from some posts here) .

      My question is this:
In the last 3 months, I have gained GOOD strength, definition and 5 lbs of good muscle just by changing my routines and modifying my protein intake to the optimal amount.
So my body has been responding really well and seem to be "on a good footing". In fact I am boggled on how much stronger I have got.

Now, by starting a cycle now, would I be "fixing what is NOT broken", or would it just enhance more this new level I have reached?

I know it's an odd question, but by starting my cycle on this new "growth", would I be chancing adverse affects to it instead or enhancing it?

      Again, my sincere thanks.

you have reached a plateau so to speak. Your gunna bust through that by taking juice. You have taken the right aproach by doing it the natural way first. Sounds like your ready bro.......BUT!!

We need stats......age, weight, goals.......post those and we'll talk!

Hey Flexer and thanks! As I posted here:
      https://www.fitnessgeared.com/forum/s...threadid=24134

      "I am 5'8, 200, 47 chest, 33 waist, 17 arms , 24 thighs, 16 calves."
I wanted to add another 15 lbs,but acorrding to TxLongHorn's advice, he thinks that it may be too much for my height. I am being open minded to expert advice of course. ButI do know some buds who are my height at 225 and look awesome! So perhaps I should find a middle ground I suppose.
I am in my late 30's. In better shape now then oin my 20's . You gotta love it.
      Rock On!

If you have found a way to gain size and strenght without gear I would go with that till you peak on what your doing and then start gear to get you even further. imo.
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

in your late 30's i dont think you have to worry about reaching your natural potential. A nice simple cycle (D-bol,test,eq) would benefit you. OR if you want to lean out.....prop. eq, fina, winny.
