medium half life of 5 hours.
I inhale Two 12.5mcg Am(empty stomach, I do not eat till noon)
Two early afternoon
Only one PM or it's hard to sleep
I have noticed considerable difference in one week.
My calories are fairly low also, about 2,000 a day max.
I weigh 190.
It has a kick ass delivery system. The foradil capsule goes into a hatch where its cracked by sqeezing two buttons. You inhale and it makes this rattling sound from the bouncing around of the capsule. So Cool!!

TweetI've used it once before, for another purpose though. Its mainly used for the same thing as albuterol, clenbuterol, epherine, ect.
