Milk Thistle Time Released?
TweetHmmm.......almost everyone here has been telling me that they can get milk thistle at any local store very cheap. Although, everytime i look for it it's damn expensive! 90 caps for about $300, 200mg ea. Compared to anabolical.com it's a rippoff! Anyways, some guy at the local health food store had some for $7.99 and others for $20+. He told me the reason was that the expensive ones were because they are much more faster absorbed into your system? The other ones were more time released? I've never heard this one......is this true?

TweetI personally use both milk thistle and r-ala and neither one of them is very expensive. I think they are worth the money compared to the risk factor I side of the side of safety you should always put your own health and well being before money issues. I have always taken milk thistle even before ala was popular and felt it gave me really good results now I just stack some r-ala in there with it.
