      So I took your advice and took 3 months off. Ate well and worked out consistently, looking good and retained my mass at 5'8 at 200 lbs.

      Okay so now I am ready to start fresh and hopefully start seeing some good gains by mid October if I start now.

      I have my hands on:
      12 DEC 100ml
      4 SUS 250
      and some Winny for later.

      I am about to get more so I can have a complete 8-12 week cycle.
      Depending on your expert advice.

      My goal is to ad 10-15 lbs of lean muscle. ( if more then sure!)
      I thought perhaps pursuing it with Decca and Sus would do the trick but I saw this cycle posted somewhere.

      WEEK 1 60mcg Clenbuterol ea day / 200 mg DEC a week
      WEEK 2 80mcg Clenbuterol ea day / 200 mg DEC a week
      WEEK 3 100mcg Clenbuterol ea day / 300 mg DEC a week

      That cycle is not good for 10lbs and i dont think deca with clen is wise!
      stick with the basic bro
      sust/deca/dbol
      250mg sust/e3d for 12 weeks
      400mg deca/w for 12
      and kick it with dbol @ 30mg 1-4 or 6
      clomid and nolva on hands and that should put on 15lbs or more

      That cycle is SUPER old school. There are a lot of old ass cycles on websites that haven't been updated. No need to taper anymore...now that we have colomid and nolvadex.

      The cycle that gear junky suggested sounds great and could probably get you the 15 lbs.

      I like gearjunky's cycle. However, 15 pounds is quite a bit, especially at your size and height.

      sure it can give you 15lbs or more
      I'm on the same stack exept for the dbol and I already gained 20lbs and i'm in my 6th week
      went from 245lbs to 265lbs but I guess everyone is diffrent right!

      gearjunky, thanks for the recipe.

      Couple of questions:

      1)Is pyramiding "old school" now?
      I see that your recommendation is thoroughly even and not pyramided.

      2) How much different in results would I get more or less if I did the Sus once a week instead of every 3 days?

      3) As for the dbol, the exact dosage wasn't clear to me.
      (dbol @ 30mg 1-4 or 6) ??
      Again what if I didn't do the dbol ,how much in effect would I lose in gains?


      This is my 4th cycle ever. BUT, those weren't real cycles since I either stacked them incorrectly or more importantly did them in a pyramided fashion where the dosage came up short.
      So forgive the little apprehension in me and wondering if I am taking the beyond intermediate to expert doses. Again, I don't know and that is why I am here for some much appreciated guidance.

      I am 5'8, 200, 47 chest, 33 waist, 17 arms , 24 thighs, 16 calves. I think there are definitely some places I can hang that 15 lbs of muscles of off. Don't you think?

      Yes, you certainly could find some places to hang 15 more pounds off of, however look at your stats. You have a 14 inch chest/waist differential. Go to the men's dept and look for suits...the standard is 8 inches and the 'athletic' is 10 inches.

      You are nowhere near 'normal' size, and it's a billion times easier to gain 15 pounds of muscle when you are normal size.

      Anyways, yes, pyramiding is considered old school, however that doesn't mean you weren't on a real cycle. Arnold pyramided and he looked ok.

      If you did the sus 1xweek vs e3d, I would say you would have some fluctuating levels. If you took the same mg/week, I doubt your results would differ that much. But if you are talking about taking one amp of sus week vs. one amp of sus e3d, your results will be a lot better e3d.

      Dosage on the dbol, take it however you'd like. I'd recommend it for 6 weeks over 4 but that's me. You might prefer it only 4 weeks. I think dbol helps quite a bit with gains, both physically and psychologically.

      If I made any changes to the cycle gearjunky listed, it would be as follows:
      Start the dbol at week 10 instead of week 1 and run it until week 15 (that's 6 weeks total, 3 weeks after your last sus/deca shot).

      This way, as soon as you stop the dbol, you can start your pct. Otherwise, you will become catabolic as just about any level of deca in your system will keep your hpta shut down.
