Something that i ran into........
Each cycle lasts 4 days. Once cycle follows the next. Number of consecutive cycles ranges from 5 to 12 cycles. 12 cycles = 7 weeks. Load up on carbs for 1 week (2g per lb of body weight). Restart cycle.
Day 1: Moderate carbohydrate intake. 1.5g per lb of bodyweight.
Moderate protein intake: 1g per lb of bodyweight.
Low fat intake: ¼ g per lb of bodyweight
Day 2: Low Carbohydrate intake: .5g per lb of bodyweight
High protein intake: 1.5g per lb of bodyweight
Low fat intake: ¼ g per lb of bodyweight
Day 3: Low Carbohydrate intake: .5g per lb of bodyweight
High protein intake: 1.5g per lb of bodyweight
Low fat intake: ¼ g per lb of bodyweight
Day 4: High carbohydrate intake: 2g per lb of bodyweight
Moderate protein intake: 1g per lb of bodyweight
Low fat intake: ¼ g per lb of bodyweight
